Dinner time

Hazel eats everything in site at daycare, but takes short naps there.  At home, she takes spectacular naps and is a picky eater.  Go figure.  Last night, Hazel tried to avoid eating her dinner of lentils and vegetables by distracting (successfully) Mom.

Hazel has learned that by putting her hands or anything else on her head, everyone will think she is very cute and stop what they're doing to play with her.  It's a fantastic dinner evasion strategy.
Also, by delivering a three minute speech (for real- Mom timed it), dinner can easily be put off even longer.  The contents of that speech? YA YA YA YA YA YA YA YA WAWA WA WA WA WA WA WA YA YA WA YA and on and on and on...  Translation: I don't want your stupid lentils!
